Due to growth and aligning the team, we are seeking a highly effective, experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. While this is a diverse role with many responsibilities, the primary focus as a Treatment Coordinator will be to present treatment to patients and gain case acceptance.
What you’ll do as a Treatment Coordinator:
- Present treatment plans to patients to help them understand the importance of their oral health
- Ensure treatment plans are accurate in the system
- Manage a productive schedule and schedule future appointments
- Coordinate with labs to ensure case completion prior to patient appointments
- Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for every patient by being friendly helpful at all times
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the office runs smoothly and every patient receives outstanding care
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 1 year experience presenting dental treatment plans to patients along with knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Proficiency with Dentrix Ascend practice management software strongly preferred
- Ability to present treatment plans with empathy, confidence and professionalism
- Excellent and positive communication skills with both the team and patients
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter that takes initiative when something needs to be completed
- Stable work history demonstrated on your resume

Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
