Industrial Motors Customer Support Analyst

Step into a day where your product savvy and customer focus keep factories moving. By mid-morning, you’ve translated specs into the right motor configuration, aligned logistics with engineering, and reassured a customer with precise ETA and pricing details. In the afternoon, you finalize an RMA, log every touchpoint in the CRM, and circle back with a proactive note about a new Elektrim promotion that fits a client’s application.

What You’ll Handle

• Accurately process orders, quotations, back orders, and return material authorizations (RMAs) with speed and precision.
• Deliver clear updates on product availability, order status, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Guide customers to the right motors and related products by interpreting specifications, performance data, and technical documentation—and by asking the right qualifying questions.
• Coordinate closely with sales, logistics, and engineering to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment and fast issue resolution.
• Strengthen relationships through responsive service and proactive follow-up.
• Support warranty claims and returns in line with company policies.
• Maintain complete and current records of accounts and communications within the CRM.
• Build deep expertise in Elektrim products, applications, and industry solutions—and keep it current.
• Expand existing accounts by introducing new products and timely promotions.
• Engage prospects and customers in closing conversations to drive new and repeat sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What Helps You Win Here

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred. Technical or vocational training is a plus.
• 3 years in customer service or inside sales within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Preferred: solid knowledge of industrial electric motors, drives, or mechanical power transmission.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret product specs and technical documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication paired with exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage time well, and comfortable working independently.
