Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: $2,000/month base commission (est. $2,700–$3,000/month total at target performance)

Type: Contract-to-hire (1099 for first 3 months, converts to W-2 employee upon successful completion)

We're hiring a full-time Appointment Setter to own lead engagement across a dedicated roster of 4 client accounts, turning warm leads into confirmed, qualified consultations.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, SMS, and CRM (GoHighLevel) with fast speed-to-lead execution
- Qualify leads against client-specific standards (tone, timeline, financing/credit fit, treatment interest)
- Book qualified consultations within the target booking window
- Run confirmation sequences (72hr / 24hr / day-of) to reduce no-shows
- Handle objections professionally using client-specific scripts and playbooks
- Log all activity accurately in GHL and maintain clean, organized pipelines across all 4 accounts
- Meet monthly KPIs tied to qualified shows (target: 15 booked shows per client)
What We're Looking For
- Native English speaker (required)
- Prior experience in appointment setting, sales development, or inside sales — healthcare, dental, or medspa experience is a strong plus
- Confident on the phone, comfortable handling objections
- Reliable, coachable, and detail-oriented — this role involves real patient data and requires discretion
- Experience with a CRM (GoHighLevel preferred, not required)
- Able to consistently work 9 AM–5 PM EST, Monday–Friday
Compensation Structure
- Base: $2,000/month
- Commission: up to ~$1,000/month at full performance (15 booked shows × 4 clients)
- Total estimated: $2,700–$3,000/month
- Starts as a 1099 contract role for the first 3 months, then converts to full-time W-2 employment
