We are seeking to train new window tint and paint protection installers. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills in window tint application and paint protection installation, with the goal of becoming a full-time technician on site. Compensation is commission-based with an option to change.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of window tint and paint protection films under supervision
- Learn and apply proper techniques for surface preparation and film application
- Ensure quality and consistency in all installations
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Collaborate with experienced technicians to improve skills
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Support other shop duties as needed
