What an AT&T Team Member Must Do:
- Connect customers with the latest AT&T wireless devices and plans.
- Guide internet setups by finding the best fiber packages for families.
- Explain VOIP benefits in simple, human terms for every client.
- Build relationships to ensure every visitor feels heard and valued.
- Work with AT&T Team Member peers to maintain a warm, welcoming environment.
- Listen to concerns to provide helpful, supportive service alternatives.
- Maintain the workspace to reflect the high standards of AT&T.
- Contribute to team success by sharing helpful service strategies.
