The selected candidate responsible for the safe and accurate administration of Methadone and Buprenorphine to individuals undergoing treatment for substance use disorders. Your role is critical in supporting our patients through recovery, providing care, structure, and a sense of consistency.
Position Details
Shift:;Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Start Date:To be discussed during the interview
Status:This role may begin as part-time and transition to full-time as our patient base grows.
Responsibilities
Administer Breathalyzer, TB tests, blood draw, and take/record vitals.
Dosing patients
Ensuring medication safety
Recording urine analysis and Breathalyzer results, reviewing results with patients
The dispensing nurse will work under the guidance and collaboration of the Medical Director and Nursing Supervisor. The position offers an opportunity to identify and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating the ability to manage difficult or emotional client situations.
