- Coordinates the end-to-end planning and execution of large scale, district wide professional learning events, developing project timelines, milestones, and operational plans to support successful implementation from initiation through closeout
- Manages site logistics and space coordination, including collaborating with facilities teams to support event setup, conduct walkthroughs, and ensure physical and digital environments are prepared for adult learning
- Supports the development and distribution of communications related to professional learning, including course catalogs, user guides, and participant facing materials. Maintains team communication channels to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries
- Tracks event related expenditures and supports budget monitoring processes to ensure alignment with allocated resources and accurate documentation
- Coordinates with external vendors to support service delivery, including scheduling, communication, and confirming fulfillment of agreed-upon services.
- Administers key functions of the Learning Management System (LMS), including event setup, registration, attendance tracking, and evaluation processes. Maintains accurate records to support professional development crediting and compensation processes in alignment with district guidelines
- Facilitates coordination across departments by organizing meetings, tracking action items, and supporting volunteer and staff engagement for event implementation.
- Compiles and analyzes post event data and feedback to support reporting, identify areas for improvement, and inform future planning efforts
- Provides project coordination support to central office teams hosting professional learning events, including assistance with registration setup, venue coordination, and vendor logistics
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in Project Management, large scale event planning and operations

- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
