Leads the coordination and day-to-day management of the district’s High Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) implementation and procurement processes, supporting the lifecycle from needs identification through vendor coordination and implementation. Partners with internal teams, school leaders, and vendors to ensure alignment of materials, timelines, and supports, while maintaining compliance with district policies, procurement requirements, and instructional priorities. Supports continuous improvement efforts by monitoring implementation progress, gathering feedback, and helping to address challenges to promote effective and consistent use of HQIM across schools.

- Leads the coordination and day-to-day management of HQIM implementation and procurement activities, supporting processes from needs identification through vendor engagement, purchasing, and rollout in alignment with district guidance and timelines
- Manages the procurement processes by coordinating Request for Proposals (RFP) development, vendor communications, and contract execution activities; serves as a primary operational point of contact for vendors to help ensure timely delivery and adherence to district requirements, policies, and service expectations
- Leads implementation efforts across central teams and schools, helping to align workflows, timelines, and responsibilities to support consistent and effective execution of HQIM initiatives
- Supports planning activities related to HQIM adoption and resource allocation, collaborating with internal stakeholders to align materials, instructional priorities, and available resources
- Implements change management and communication strategies to support HQIM adoption; partners with school leaders and internal teams to identify needs, address challenges, and gather feedback to improve implementation
- Monitors implementation progress and supports continuous improvement efforts by collecting and analyzing data, tracking key milestones, and helping identify opportunities to strengthen processes and outcomes
- Coordinates logistics related to HQIM materials and inventory, supporting distribution planning, inventory tracking, and alignment with enrollment needs to help ensure timely and equitable access for schools
- Identifies, tracks, and helps mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns as needed and supporting resolution efforts to maintain timelines and quality
- Supervises and develops team members, providing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure high quality execution, strong collaboration, and ongoing professional growth
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Education Leadership, Public Administration, or a related field
- Master's Degree preferred
- 3 years of professional level experience in System Implementation and Evaluation, Procurement, Resource Management or Educational systems Operations.
- 3 years Management Experience

- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
