Located in Red Wing, Minnesota, Elektro Assemblies is a leader in the manufacturing of all wire our customers wire needs; from single wire to complex large harnesses. We help customers in a variety of industries including automotive, healthcare, technology, and food equipment, just to name a few.

Qualities needed to be successful in this role would include:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and work instructions.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data; lead root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Plan and perform inspections and tests on materials, in‑process parts, and finished products.
- Support and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including internal audits and document control.
- Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve nonconformances and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in customer complaint investigations and supplier quality issues as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of quality or manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards, control plans, and basic statistical tools. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with production, engineering, and customers.
- A life learner.
