Day-to-day responsibilities include managing fundraising campaigns, cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors and partners, preparing grant proposals and reports, and tracking development metrics to meet revenue goals. Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Fundraising and Philanthropy, with a track record of building and sustaining donor relationships.
- Experience with Planned Giving and Annual Giving programs, including strategy development and implementation.
- Strong Budgeting skills, including planning, forecasting, and financial monitoring related to development activities.
- Proven ability to design and lead comprehensive development strategies, including grant writing and donor communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational, project management, and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations; familiarity with Native communities or cultural competence is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
