A local, industry-leading photography studio is hiring a Sales & Client Experience Coordinator to own inbound lead response, guide warm prospects through the decision process, and protect every opportunity with speed, warmth, and professionalism.
This is not aggressive sales. It's relationship-driven, and the product sells itself when the right person is presenting it.

Lead Response & Sales (60%)
- Respond to all inbound leads within 5 - 20 minutes
- Warmly qualify prospects and understand their needs
- Lead discovery conversations with confidence and clarity
- Present offerings and pricing without hesitation
- Navigate committee-style decisions with patience and professionalism
- Execute smart, structured follow-up that feels helpful — not desperate
- Send quotes, proposals, and booking confirmations
- Maintain clean CRM records in HubSpot
- Deliver a weekly pipeline report
Internal Coordination (20%)
- Translate confirmed booking details to the photography team
- Ensure the studio has everything they need before each session
- Serve as the bridge between client and creative team
Client Support (15%)
- Act as the first point of contact if a client has questions or concerns post-booking
- Handle issues with warmth and ownership — you hold the relationship
Outreach (5%)
- When pipeline is slow, conduct light outbound activity (LinkedIn, referral follow-up)
- Represent the brand professionally in all outward communication
- You have real sales experience — enough that silence doesn't rattle you and price conversations don't make you uncomfortable
- You lead with warmth and build trust quickly
- You can hold a deal through a slow, committee-style decision without losing momentum
- You follow up consistently without feeling like you're bothering people
- You communicate clearly and professionally — in writing and on the phone
- You're organized, accountable, and hate dropped balls
- You learn a system before you try to improve it

- $30–$38/hour depending on experience
- Monthly performance bonus based on close rate (structure discussed at offer)
