Pay $56,000-$60,000 Plus Sales Driven Bonus Program
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers both inside the showroom and through outside sales efforts to understand their needs for shower doors, mirrors, and related glass products.
- Provide detailed layout and design consultations to help clients visualize their custom glass installations.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting benefits such as durability, style, and living space enhancement.
- Negotiate pricing and project terms confidently to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients with remodeling and renovation projects by offering expert advice on construction, interior design, and maintenance considerations.
- Manage account details efficiently and maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or inside sales within the home improvement or construction industry.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding communication abilities in English; Spanish a plus.
- Deep understanding of renovation, remodeling, interior design, and construction processes related to residential spaces.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and pricing.
- Skilled in customer service with a friendly approach that builds rapport and trust with clients.
- Organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in merchandising and stock management.
