We have multiple positions available that center on office support as well as a front receptionist/customer care associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Help to obtain pricing
- Answer Phones
- Greet Visisters
- Send out new pricing when requested
- Communicate with customers and internal teams
- Order Materials
- Day to day administrative data entry
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative or coordination experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management or accounting software (Procore, Sage, or similar preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
