We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist/Office Support to assist with daily project administrative duties. We offer room for advancement and a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer requests via email or phone
- Develop pricing for customers when requested
- Meet strict deadlines
- Assist with managing quotes
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Admin, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Google Suite and other office software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle stress easily.
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
Working Conditions:
This is a Monday-Friday in the office position as we do not do any remote work.
