- Pay Apps
- Communicate with customers and vendors.
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative or accounting experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or a related field with an emphasis on accounting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management or accounting software (Procore, Sage, or similar preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a plus.
