Job Summary: The Administrative Office Assistant Intern will report directly to and support the Sr. Executive Assistant to the CEO, President, and General Counsel, providing hands-on, day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of Executive Office priorities.
This role is focused on reliable execution, organization, and responsiveness in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to roll up their sleeves to support logistics, coordination, and office operations across a variety of tasks, including game day and special events.
Duration: Targeted start date of June 2026 with an anticipated end date of February 2027
Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Operations
- Support the Sr. Executive Assistant with daily administrative operations, including schedule coordination and task management
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and inventory, ensuring overall readiness
- Organize and manage supply closets and shared spaces
- Assist with document preparation, basic correspondence, and formatting as needed
- Coordinate errands and general office support, both on-site and off-site
Meeting & Event Support
- Prepare conference rooms and meeting spaces, including setup, materials, and hospitality
- Support setup and breakdown for meetings, events, and executive engagements
- Assist with logistics for internal meetings, offsite sessions, and executive events
Game Day & Operations Support
- Assist with home game logistics, including credential distribution, ticket coordination, and guest support
- Support suite preparation, gifting, and hosting needs
- Provide operational support for special events and league-related activities
- Maintain flexibility to support evenings, weekends, holidays, and all home games
Additional Support
- Assist with physical setup and breakdown of materials, including lifting boxes and moving supplies as needed
- Deliver items and materials across office and stadium locations
- Take on ad hoc tasks and operational needs as they arise

Minimum Requirements
- Prior administrative, office, or operational support experience preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
- Must be based in Colorado and able to work on-site in Englewood and at the Stadium (local candidates only; no relocation assistance provided)
- Must have flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this position is $19.29/hour
