This is an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR position!
Denver Behavior Consultants Is currently looking for full-time therapists to join our growing team! We are currently searching for a speech therapist in the Denver and Aurora areas. All services are home-based (not home health).
Job Desription: Provide early intervention to children in home-based settings for ages 0 to 3 years. Monitor child’s progress, collect data, and alter goals when needed. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other therapists and family members. Create intervention activities and provide modeling, direct, teaching, and parent education. Have a clear understanding of childhood development, and how to support children and families with communication. Assess and evaluate each child’s developmental progress using developmental assessment tools, actively communicate with all members of the team and families. DBC is currently looking for therapists that would like to provide a minimum of 20 hours a week or more. Therapists will work as independent contractors (1099). Excellent pay, completely flexible work schedule, and opportunities to build a larger caseload if desired as well as advance with us into Lead roles. Opportunities to attend trainings, and gain professional development hours. Therapists will attend monthly paid team meetings, and other meetings as requested.
Therapists are able to narrow down some of the areas they are willing to travel to, to limit travel time. We service many areas of the Denver metro area. Our highest area of need is Denver, Aurora and surrounding areas
Requirements:
- Master's degree in speech pathology or related field from an accredited college or university required.
- CCC-SLP and DORA Licensed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
