Job Description: Responsibilities 🔳 Strategic Client Leadership: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level clients, deeply understand their business priorities, and align brand, creative, digital marketing, and integrated marketing strategies with client business goals. 客户战略领导：建立并维护与客户高层的信任关系，深入理解客户业务重点，并将品牌、创意、数字化营销，及整合营销策略与客户商业目标保持一致。 🔳 Business Growth & Portfolio Development: Identify organic growth opportunities across existing accounts, lead proactive proposals, and partner with agency leadership to convert client needs into sustainable revenue growth. 业务增长与客户组合发展：识别现有客户的持续增长机会，主导主动提案，并与公司管理层合作，将客户需求转化为可持续的收入增长。 🔳 Commercial Management & Profitability: Own the commercial health of assigned accounts, including revenue forecasting, scope management, fee proposals, contract negotiation support, budget control, margin improvement, and risk management. 商业管理与利润率：负责所管理客户的商业健康度，包括收入预测、工作范围管理、报价方案、合同谈判支持、预算控制、利润率提升及风险管理。 🔳 Strategic Planning & Integrated Campaign Delivery: Lead annual and quarterly account planning, guide integrated campaign strategy, and ensure work is delivered against clear business objectives, KPIs, timelines, and quality standards. 战略规划与整合项目交付：主导年度及季度客户规划，指导整合传播项目策略，并确保项目围绕明确的商业目标、KPI、时间节点和质量标准高效交付。 🔳 Creative & Production Stewardship: Work closely with creative, strategy, planning, production, media, social, and data teams to protect the quality of creative output, improve production excellence, and ensure solutions are both inspiring and commercially effective. 创意与制作把控：与创意、策略、策划、制作、媒介、社交及数据团队紧密合作，保障创意产出质量，提升制作交付水准，并确保解决方案兼具创意感染力与商业有效性。 🔳 Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, coach, and motivate account directors, account managers, and junior account team members; set clear responsibilities, improve collaboration, and build a high-performing and accountable account culture. 团队领导与人才培养：领导、辅导并激励客户总监、客户经理及初级客户服务团队成员；明确职责分工，提升协作效率，打造高绩效且有责任感的客户服务文化。 🔳 Operational Excellence & Transformation: Improve team workflows, reporting routines, resource planning, and project governance, including the adoption of AI-enabled tools and processes where they can raise efficiency, quality, and speed. 运营优化与转型：优化团队工作流程、汇报机制、资源规划及项目治理，并在适当场景推动AI工具和流程的应用，以提升效率、质量和响应速度。 🔳 Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Provide clear updates to agency leadership on account performance, commercial outlook, client satisfaction, opportunities, and risks, and coordinate internal stakeholders to resolve complex business or delivery issues. 管理层汇报与利益相关方管理：向公司管理层清晰汇报客户业务表现、商业预测、客户满意度、机会与风险，并协调内部利益相关方解决复杂的业务或交付问题。 Location: Shanghai - Haisu Plaza Brand: Dentsu Mcgarrybowen China Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (Fixed Term) Can’t find a suitable job?
