We are looking for a proactive Graduate Trainee – Online Reputation Management (ORM) to monitor and manage brand conversations across social media and digital platforms. This role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about digital media, customer engagement, and brand reputation, offering hands-on experience in soc Job Description Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback, and complaints across social media handles and digital platforms, both manually and through ORM tools. Respond promptly to negative comments and complaints within defined turnaround time to ensure a positive user experience. Build brand awareness by addressing user queries and maintaining positive online perceptions. Acknowledge compliments and highlights positive feedback on brand social media pages and utilizes social listening tools effectively for monitoring and response management. Categorize data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ORM performance reports. Analyze audience feedback and provide insights to help improve brand positioning and customer experience. Eligibility Criteria Graduate or UGC-approved Diploma holder in Mass Media, Marketing Communication, Advertising, or related fields. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
