The role is to support Douyin Ecosystem planning and execution. Job Description: 岗位职责: 1、熟悉主流媒体平台（抖音、腾讯、小红书）推广方式及数据分析工具，能够分析品牌消费者数据，品牌营销数据，深入挖掘行业、竞品、及消费者特征，产出对业务提升直接推动作用的运营策略建议，并能形成报告。 2、负责营销活动数据的复盘报告制作，并对日常品牌投放人群/内容/商品/触点/达人/搜索等内容进行报告更新。搭建自动化分析报表，监控及分析异动，持续优化分析效率。 3、基于业务、场景和用户深刻理解的基础上，能提炼并形成方法论，产出具备产品化和可以落地的业务模型。 任职要求: 1、1年以上互联网或商业分析相关工作经验，具备电商运营，广告投放，互联网广告等工作经验者优先 2、对数据敏感，逻辑思维清晰，具有较强数据分析能力，有较强沟通及协调能力; 3、熟练使用OFFICE/巨量云图等数据分析工具，有一定建模能力的优先; 4、参与过营销科学金牌/中级服务商认证，产出过品牌资产经营案例大赛案例/行业课题共建案例/共擎奖获奖案例优先; 5、有巨量营销科学认证、小红书种草营销师等媒体平台资质优先; Location: Shanghai - Haisu Plaza Brand: Amplifi Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (Fixed Term) Can’t find a suitable job?
