Program Details

Our summer internships offer a challenging, high impact opportunity to work through important projects at Dentsply Sirona. In addition to hands on learning, you’ll participate in our intern event series focused on personal and professional development. At the end of the internship, you will present what you’ve accomplished to senior leadership.

Intern Responsibilities

• Supply Chain, QA/RA, Commercial, Marketing, and other departmental legal support.
• Reviewing and drafting basic contracts.
• Creation and standardization of contract templates.
• Updating and maintaining departmental contract management databases.
• Project research and reporting.
• Developing training programs.
• Basic administrative, clerical and office support duties, when requested by departmental staff.
• Completing a variety of other legal and departmental assignments for the purpose of training and development.
  
  

Our interns are an important aspect of our hiring ecosystem and are some of the first individuals we consider for full-time hiring.

Current internships are U.S. based.

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor, Master or PHD program, must be enrolled in an accredited law school program.
• Successful completion of a basic Contracts course.
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has interest/ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment
• Good time management/organization skills with the ability to multi-task
• Microsoft Suite experience preferred
• Experience in and/or leading team projects
• Preferred, but not necessary if knowledge in: Corporate Governance or Legal Entities
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  
  

Hours

• Work a minimum of 10 hours per week for semester (10-15 weeks for total of approx. 140 hours).
• Flexibility on days/hours but prefer commitment to blocks of 3 hours/day.
