Responsibilities
- Lead a positive, growth-focused office culture that drives teamwork and retention.
- Align the clinic with company values, standards, and operational best practices.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members for peak performance.
- Drive revenue growth and manage expenses to achieve monthly goals.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
- Resolve staff and patient concerns quickly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance, professional standards, and excellent clinic appearance.
- Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental office management.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise diplomacy, discretion, sound judgment, leadership, and flexibility in various situations while maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Suite; dental software experience is required.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to start date.
- Successful completion of background check (including criminal record check) and urinalysis.
