We're building a network of modern dental laboratories across the United States that empowers skilled technicians to do their best work while delivering exceptional results for dental practices and their patients.
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to spearhead our market expansion and build long-term strategic partnerships with leading dental clinicians and DSOs (Dental Support Organizations).
[Role Overview]
As a Business Development Manager, you will not just sell "products"; you will represent a new standard of dental care. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, articulating the clinical and economic value of our high-end restorative solutions, and integrating our digital ecosystem into modern dental practices.
[Qualifications & Skills]
- Industry Experience: 3 years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within the dental industry (Dental Lab, Implants, or Ortho).
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of restorative materials (Zirconia, All-ceramic) and digital dentistry workflows (IOS, CAD/CAM).
- Clinical Communication: Ability to engage in high-level clinical discussions with dentists and specialists regarding case design and troubleshooting.
- Network & Pipeline: A demonstrated track record of managing a sales territory and an existing network of dental clinics or DSOs.
- Consultative Selling: Proven ability to move beyond "price-based selling" to "value-based consulting" that improves practice efficiency.
- Results-Oriented: Self-motivated mindset with a focus on new account acquisition and long-term client retention.
- Travel: Ability to travel within the assigned territory to build face-to-face relationships.
- Korean language proficiency is preferred.
