Must have law office experience in litigation. Essential skills include:
• Familiarity and experience with rules and filing procedures in both state and federal courts.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills;
• MS Office Suite proficiency;
• Self-motivated and strong work ethic;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding legal environment;
• Professional attention to detail;
• Excellent listener and verbal/written communicator;
• Exceptional people and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently, manage time and prioritize multiple responsibilities and ongoing projects with multiple attorneys from inception to completion; and
• Excellent organizational capabilities.
