Duties
- Greet patients warmly, verify their appointment details, and check in efficiently using our practice management system.
- Schedule appointments accurately, manage cancellations, and coordinate follow-up visits with precision
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and in person with professional phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Communicate clearly and professionally with referring dental offices.
