- Monday - Thursday: schedule would be either a morning shift (7:30am-2:30pm) or an evening shift (1:30 or 2:30 pm-8:30pm)
- Fridays: shift is always 7:30am-3:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of patient care, office and laboratory duties
- Assist dentist chairside during examination and treatment of a variety of procedures
- Provide a 10-star Patient experience
- Prepares instruments and materials for the dentist for upcoming procedures
- Provide direct patient care in all dental services, including restorative, ortho, pediatric, endo, periodontics, prosthodontics and OS
- Passes dental instruments between provider and assistant (4-handed dentistry)
- Make patients as comfortable as possible in the chair while preparing them for treatment
- Sterilize & disinfect instruments, equipment and operatories post treatment.
- Instruct patients on pre- and post-operative procedures and provide oral health education.
- Proficient in obtaining dental radiographs and intra-oral scans/photos
- Keep treatment records such as charting existing restorations as well as planned treatment
- Monitor daily supplies for restocking
- Assist dentist in providing patients with instructions for care post-treatment procedures.
- Required: minimum six months of assistant experience.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, customer service & written communication skills
- Clinical knowledge, skills along with patient care
- Prioritize and delegate tasks when appropriate
- Function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Preferred: coronal polishing certificate
