Dentlife Dental care is a private practice seeking a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our dentalcare team, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their journey. You will serve as a vital link between patients and dental providers, facilitating smooth communication and efficient processes. Your role will empower patients to navigate their dental experience with confidence and clarity.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-ups for optimal care delivery
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide information about services, procedures, and insurance coverage
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Assist in the management of dental administrative tasks, including billing inquiries and insurance verification
- Utilize dental terminology to accurately relay information between patients and dentalcare professionals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns promptly and compassionately
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental office setting
- Familiarity with dental terminology and administrative support processes
Preferred qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Monday: 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Starting January 2026)
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Currently: 30hrs a week
Starting 2026: 38hrs a week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
