We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with promptness and professionalism
- Maintain organized filing systems and data entry records.
- Schedule appointments using Eaglesoft dental software.
- Assist with customer service by addressing patient questions or concerns efficiently and courteously
- Uphold phone etiquette standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent Eaglesoft literacy would be a plus.
- Prior experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling front desk responsibilities
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is valued too
