About the Role
We’re searching for a motivated Office Manager to guide our dental team and create a seamless, patient-first experience. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee daily operations, support staff, and partner with doctors to deliver excellent care.
Your Impact
- Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing dental team
- Oversee patient scheduling, check-in/check-out processes, and front desk workflows
- Manage patient billing and collections with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor practice financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and KPI reporting.
- Partner with the clinical team to ensure smooth coordination of patient care
- Conduct regular team meetings, providing updates on practice goals and company initiatives
- Collaborate with providers to optimize patient care
- Monitor office performance and implement growth strategies
What You’ll Bring
- At least 1 year of dental office experience (leadership a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
