What You’ll Do
As our Lead Dental Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in supporting Dr. Hernandez and ensuring each procedure runs smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace
- Sterilizing instruments and preparing treatment rooms
- Assisting the doctor with procedures including restorative dentistry, crowns and fillings, extractions, root canals, dental implants, and full mouth rehabilitation cases
- Triaging dental emergencies and taking accurate impressions
- Taking prescribed X-rays (with valid radiology certification)
