Job Description
We are seeking a Dental Assistant for our growing practices. The Dental Assistant position is responsible for providing hands-on support to Dentists. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for general clinic administrative work and maintenance, as well as completing lab work under the direction of the dentist. The Dental Assistant’s primary responsibility is to assist the dentist during their procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs throughout the appointment. Also to prepare the examination rooms for appointments by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for the dentist.
SALARY
$500 SIGN-ON BONUS
$19.00-23.00 an hour based on experience GENEROUS INCENTIVE PROGRAM
Education Experience
- Dental Assisting School Preferred
- High School Diploma
Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel or similar software
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with callers, physicians, and offices
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills for positive relationship building
- Self-motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
- X-Ray Certified Preferred - We will provide on the job training
