Call Center Specialist:

Responsibilities:
- Must have great phone skills and great customer service experience.
- Works directly with patients on the phone to schedule appointments and answer any questions.
- Must be dependable, motivated, ethical, and innovative and open minded.
- Organizational skills are a must!
- Maintain confidentiality with respect to all aspects of your role and the company.
- At minimum must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, the more computer skills the better.
- Must be punctual and have excellent time-management skills.
- Strong sense of ownership for all assignments.
