Dentistry at the Ten, the office of Dr. Molly Vendetti, is a modern, fast-paced dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and clinical excellence. We’re seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Front Desk Professionalto join our team.
The ideal candidate brings positive energy, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of reliability and teamwork. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming experience while keeping the front office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
· Reception, greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and care
· Coordinating hygiene and treatment schedules
· Processing and posting personal payments
· Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and reception area
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch)
