Our fun friendly One Dentist Westerville GP practice is looking for an experienced Front Office Team Member to join our wonderful team 4 days a week and sometimes one Friday a month. The successful applicant must have the following: Minimum of 1 years dental front office experience Understanding of dental terminology. Able to schedule appointments ( for patients checking in and out for dental services) Understanding of dental insurance claims and EOB's PPO. Able to establish collection protocol for dental treatment and coordination of insurance benefits. Must have excellent verbal communication skills Must be able to present dental treatment financial contracts. Computer literacy is a must Dentrix experience preferred If you are optimistic, energetic, proactive, multi-task well and a "people person"we want to talk to you
