The Opportunity
This is a full-time associate role with a well-balanced schedule and consistently strong patient flow. Associates typically work:

- Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

The clinical focus begins with strong bread-and-butter dentistry, including:
- Restorative dentistry
- Crown & bridge
- Endodontics
- Comprehensive treatment planning
For doctors interested in growth, the practice actively supports skill expansion. Current providers perform advanced procedures such as:
- Wisdom teeth extractions
- Bracket-and-wire orthodontics
- Sedation dentistry
Associates are never pressured to perform procedures outside their comfort zone—but motivated clinicians will find mentorship, case volume, and infrastructure to grow confidently.
Technology Highlights Include:
- CBCT Ceph
- CEREC CAD/CAM
- Primescan & iTero scanners
- SprintRay Pro 2 & Midas 3D printers

There is a clear path to partnership and long-term leadership for the right candidate, with early discussions encouraged.

Mentorship at Hammock Bay Dental is structured and intentional, not hands-off.
Associates benefit from:
- Regular clinical case reviews and treatment planning discussions
- Monthly one-on-one professional development meetings
- Ongoing feedback and goal-setting
- Leadership coaching and practice management exposure
The goal is not just to develop excellent clinicians—but to prepare dentists for leadership, influence, and long-term career growth within the organization.
