Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: 30% of adjusted production
- Expected Earnings: $300,000–$500,000 Daily Guarantee: $700/day (permanent)
- Example Earnings:
Prior associates have produced $5,000–$6,000/day without stress.

- CE Stipend: Up to $2,500 (50% reimbursement)

The Opportunity
This is a flexible, high-producing opportunity designed for dentists who want to maximize earnings and expand their clinical skillset in a busy, growth-focused environment.
- Schedule: 3–4 days per week, Monday–Friday (8 AM–5 PM) with flexibility for non-consecutive days
- Patient Flow: Consistently busy schedule with strong production opportunities
- Clinical Scope: Comprehensive dentistry, including fillings, crowns, RCT (including molars), extractions, bone grafts, dentures, night guards, and more
- Advanced Cases: Opportunity to manage full-arch cases and more complicated dentistry
- Technology: CBCT, fully digital workflow, in-house milling (crowns/bridges/implants), full in-house lab, lasers
- Leadership: Associate will serve as a key contributor and leader in the office, performing high-quality dentistry and adding value to patients
- Mentorship: Hands-on owner support, including weekly collaboration and monthly team meetings
- Environment: Fast-paced, team-oriented culture with strong camaraderie and shared success
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is:
- A licensed general dentist
- 2 years experience strongly preferred, 1 year minimum (residency counts)
- Clinically confident in general dentistry
