Our client is seeking a social, upbeat, and professional experienced a Lead Dental Associate to lead their clinical team and support the continued growth of their practice. This role provides clinical oversight, mentorship, and strategic direction while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance.
This is an opportunity is for a Lead Associate General Dentist in the nearby commutable town of Gould, AR able to work a Full Time Schedule 4 Days/week with Office Hours from MONDAY-THURSDAY 8AM - 5PM & FRIDAY 8AM-2PM. Compensation $235K Annually, with the Total Compensation Package to include the following:
- $185K base salary

- 403b w/Company Match up to 3%
- PTO STARTING AT 22 Days/Year
- Life Insurance Paid by Company

- $1500/per year of CME 3 CME Days
Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership, providing clinical oversight and ensure quality of care
- Establish & maintain treatment standards and protocols
- Team Management
- Foster a positive, accountable culture
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
- Maintain proper documentation and chart audits
- Oversee credentialing and licensing requirements
- Operational & Financial Oversight
- Support growth initiatives and expansion strategies

- Participate in business development and marketing efforts
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited program & active state dental license in good standing, with 5 years Clinical Expierence
- Proven expierence in establishing and maintaining treatment protocols & best practices
- Mentor and support associate dentists and clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, OSHA, and HIPAA standards
- Collaborate with leadership on production goals, growth strategies, and operational efficiency
- Review complex cases and support treatment planning
Salary : $1,500 - $235,000
