🦷 We’re Hiring: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Join a patient-centered dental practice where your expertise, compassion, and communication skills truly make a difference. As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients maintain excellent oral health while feeling confident, comfortable, and informed every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive oral health assessments, prophylaxis, and SRP
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care to support long-term wellness
- Build trusting relationships through clear, compassionate communication
- Collaborate closely with dentists, assistants, and front office staff to deliver seamless care
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to sterilization and safety protocols
- Support patient scheduling and follow-up appointments to keep the day running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist
- 2 years of clinical experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
- Positive, optimistic mindset that contributes to a supportive team culture
- Flexible and compassionate approach to patient care
- Local Anesthesia Permit (preferred, not required)
