We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive dental care, managing patients independently and providing treatments across full sides of the mouth rather than limiting to quadrants. This role is perfect for a dentist who values autonomy while maintaining high clinical standards.
This opportunity is for a Full Time Associate, with a schedule Mon-Thurs 7-4, and a salary of $800/day or 30% Adjusted Productions (the greater of the two)

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Deliver comprehensive dental treatments, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures, working on full sides of the mouth rather than isolated quadrants.
- Manage patient cases independently with minimal supervision, ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinical operations.
- Uphold infection control and health & safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid DMD or DDS and be licensed in the state.
- 3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Proven experience in comprehensive dentistry, able to work independently.
- Strong clinical skills across multiple disciplines (restorative, endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and ethics.
- Ability to manage own schedule and workload efficiently.
- Familiarity with digital dental records and software is a plus.
