We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel’s front desk and guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clientele. This role is vital in maintaining smooth front desk operations, guest relations, and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are upheld throughout the property.
STARTING SALARY $18-21/HOURLY
SCHEDULE MON/WED-9AM-3PM TUES/THURS 9AM-6PM , FRI & SAT ALTERNATING 9AM-3PM

QUALIFICATIONS
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring smooth patient check-in and check-out.

- Manage and train front office staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Support daily administrative tasks and ensure accuracy in patient records and billing.
- Maintain efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.
