Job Summary
We are seeking a personable, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This key role serves as the bridge between patients and the clinical team, ensuring patients understand their treatment plans, financial options, and scheduling needs. The ideal candidate is confident, compassionate, and skilled in communication, with a strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance processes.
This is a Full Time position Mon-Thursday 7am-5pm with a starting compensation range of $25-35/hourly 3% BONUS Opportunity for Cosmetic & Large cases (ie: NightLase, Full Arch, Invisalign, 4 crowns, 8 lumineers)

Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans to patients clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate scheduling of treatment appointments based on patient and provider availability.
- Answer patient questions regarding procedures, costs, and financial options.
- Facilitate financial arrangements, including third-party financing if applicable.
- Follow up with patients regarding pending or incomplete treatment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Stay informed about dental procedures, coding, and insurance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office, preferably in a treatment coordinator or front office role.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).
- 2 years as a Treatment Coordinator, with a strong track record in case presentation and sales.
- Ability to explain complex information in a patient-friendly way.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for patient care.
Experience
Closing larger treatment cases valued at $50K or more, with a focus on full-arch procedures such as All-on-6, Lumineers, Invisalign, NightLase, and other cosmetic treatments. Present clinical cases clearly and professionally, along with all financial options. Performance metrics are tracked daily,
