Starting Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm & Alternating Saturdays from 7:30am-1:30pm
Starting Salary is $1000 Daily Guarantee for 90 days or 35% of Adjusted Productions

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care for patients ages 1–21, including exams, restorations, extractions, behavior management, and preventive services.
- Create a comfortable, calm, and positive environment for children—including those with dental anxiety or special behavioral needs.
- Utilize nitrous oxide sedation (if certified) to support safe, effective patient care.
- Communicate clearly with both parents and children regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and oral health education.
- Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative teams to maintain efficient patient flow.
- Ensure accurate charting, documentation, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.
- Uphold the highest level of patient safety, infection control, and professional ethics.
QUALIFICATIONS
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completed residency or credentialing in Pediatric Dentistry (board certification not required).
- Nitrous certification strongly preferred.
- Current state dental license in good standing.
- Strong communication and behavior-management skills with children and parents.
- Comfortable working efficiently in a high-volume pediatric setting.
- Open to 1099 independent contractor structure; no lab fees.
EXPECTATIONS
Our pediatric dentist is expected to provide gentle, child-focused dental care, including preventive and restorative treatments. They should communicate effectively with children and parents, manage behavior with patience, collaborate with the dental team, and educate families on oral health.
