Starting Salary: $600 Daily Guarantee for 90 day or 30% of Adjusted Productions.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm & Alternating Saturdays 7:30am-1:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive dental care for patients ages 12 and up, including exams, restorations, extractions, and preventive services.
- Create a calm, positive, and kid-friendly environment for adolescent patients.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with both patients and their parents regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and oral health education.
- Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative teams to maintain efficient patient flow.
- Ensure accurate charting, documentation, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.
- Uphold the highest level of patient safety, infection control, and professional ethics.
QUALIFICATIONS
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Current state dental license in good standing.
- Prior experience working with children and adolescents preferred, but new graduates with pediatric interest are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and behavior-management skills with teens and parents.
- Comfortable working efficiently in a high-volume, pediatric-focused practice.
EXPECTATIONS
The General Dentist is expected to provide gentle, child-focused dental care, including preventive and restorative treatments. They should communicate effectively with children and parents, manage behavior with patience, collaborate with the dental team, and educate families on oral health.
