We are a Private Dental Office looking for a friendly, organized and upbeat Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to provide exceptional customer service, must be well spoken and professional. Experience in a Dental Office is strongly preferred preferred however, we are open to training the right candidate. The position is Monday - Friday
Requirements:
Experience and knowledge of dental terminology strongly preferred
Prior use of Opendental software strongly preferred
Insurance Verification knowledge strongly preferred
Previous experience in customer service / reception
Telephone Etiquette
Fluent and proper English
Computer literate
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Provide exception customer service
Greet patients with a warm and friendly tone
Manage appointments
Answer phone calls and handle inquiries
Confirm appointments
Assure that all patient forms are current and up-to-date
Send referrals to other doctors
Call in prescriptions to pharmacy
Requirements:
