Star Dental and Columbia Dentoform, DENTALEZ companies, are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Site Leader to join their team in Lancaster, PA. This is a critical role responsible for overseeing all aspects and functions of their manufacturing facility and must have a vision for the desired future state of the business unit and commitment to attain it
If you have 8 years of management experience within precision instruments/medical device manufacturing/production environment; experience in plastics/molding or FDA regulated environment a plus, DENTALEZ wants to hear from you!

Qualifications:
- 8 years of management experience within precision instruments/medical device manufacturing/production environment; experience in plastics/molding or FDA regulated environment a plus.
- Lean manufacturing experience with exposure to Six Sigma required; certification preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
