- Melville Headquarters Office - 105 Maxess Rd., N107 Melville, NY 11747
- This position is full-time, on-site Monday - Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
Our Revenue Cycle team performs a range of administrative tasks, maintaining billing procedures for our 170 locations across the Northeast (and growing!).
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and insurance vendors alike
- Organized and precise data entry, documentation, and coding for patient accounts
- Processing insurance claims, review balances, verifying proper reimbursements, and sending out claims as needed
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, answering phones as needed, and responding to emails
- All other administrative tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor
