Responsibilities (General Hygiene Role):

• Provide high-quality preventive dental care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
• Take and review digital radiographs and intraoral images as needed
• Conduct thorough periodontal assessments and charting
• Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies to maintain optimal oral health
• Administer local anesthesia (if licensed) and apply fluoride or sealants as appropriate
• Document all patient care clearly and accurately in electronic health records
• Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain a clean and sterile operatory environment in compliance with OSHA and infection control guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and support a cohesive team environment

• Current RDH license in good standing
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• A self-starter who is dependable, proactive, and takes initiative
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of accountability
• Passionate about patient education and preventive care
