Responsibilities (General Hygiene Role):
- Provide high-quality preventive dental care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
- Take and review digital radiographs and intraoral images as needed
- Conduct thorough periodontal assessments and charting
- Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies to maintain optimal oral health
- Administer local anesthesia (if licensed) and apply fluoride or sealants as appropriate
- Document all patient care clearly and accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain a clean and sterile operatory environment in compliance with OSHA and infection control guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and support a cohesive team environment

- Current RDH license in good standing
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- A self-starter who is dependable, proactive, and takes initiative
