We have an immediate opening for a Front Desk Administrator in a busy yet FRIENDLY dental office. We have wonderful doctors and staff and would love for you to join our team.
The Responsibilities of a Dental Front Desk Administrator
- Greeting patients with a smile and making them feel welcome
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Processing Insurance claims and pre-estimates.
- Getting Insurance Breakdowns and coverage
- Posting payments.
- Coordinating with Dentists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
MUST KNOW DENTRIX
Previous dental office experience preferred
Knowledge of Dentrix
Strong communication and organizational skills. Must be able to multi task
