About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven, professional, and relationship-oriented IV Sedation Network Administrator to represent our specialized dental practice throughout Broward County.
This is not a desk job. This is a field-based, relationship-building role where you will act as the face of our practice, connecting with general dentists, medical providers, and local support groups that serve patients with special needs.
Your mission is to build a trusted referral network by educating healthcare professionals and community organizations about our IV sedation dentistry services, ensuring patients receive compassionate, specialized care.
What You’ll Do:
- Use mobile GPS-based routing software to efficiently plan and execute daily territory coverage
- Visit dental offices, physician practices, therapy centers, and specialty providers across Broward County
- Build long-term professional relationships with doctors, office managers, and clinical staff
- Present and position our IV Sedation Dentistry services as a trusted solution for special needs patients
- Distribute and advocate for our tri-fold patient brochures within partner offices
- Generate qualified patient referrals through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Maintain detailed daily activity logs and relationship tracking in our CRM system
- Continuously expand and optimize your territory network
- Identify and connect with local special needs groups, nonprofits, and caregiver networks
- Introduce our services to these organizations and establish ongoing partnerships
- Research, apply for, and secure listings in national and statewide special needs directories (Florida-focused)
- Develop social media presence and maintain engagement

Compensation & Benefits:
- $52,000 base salary commission (with effort, this will be a six-figure position)
