We are seeking a highly capable, self-motivated Dental Office & Personal Assistant Coordinator to support our very busy dental practice, dental school academy in Coral Springs, and the doctor’s professional and personal schedule. This hybrid role combines front-office administration, new student enrollment / coordination, and high-level personal assistance to maximize efficiency and allow the doctor to focus on patient care and leadership.

 

About the Role

You will play a critical dual-role supporting both clinical/academic operations and the doctor’s personal responsibilities. Duties include (but are not limited to):

 

Office & Academy School Duties

  • Assist with medical billing and dental insurance claims
  • Onboard new patients with exceptional care
  • Conduct post-surgery patient follow-ups
  • Onboarding and managing new dental assistant students

 

Personal Assistant Duties

  • Run errands for the office and Dr. Panahi
  • Help oversee and manage his rental properties
  • Provide proactive support to keep the doctor’s demanding schedule running smoothly. This will include receiving after-hours notifications of action items for you to follow up on

Requirements

  • Reliable vehicle and a valid Florida driver’s license
  • Comfortable working with computers and technology
  • Strong documentation and reporting habits
  • Ability to work independently and proactively

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • $25 per hour (part-time) or $52,000 base salary (full-time)
  • Auto and fuel reimbursement
  • Health insurance contribution

Preferred (but NOT required):

Prior experience in a medical or dental office environment.
