We are seeking a highly capable, self-motivated Dental Office & Personal Assistant Coordinator to support our very busy dental practice, dental school academy in Coral Springs, and the doctor’s professional and personal schedule. This hybrid role combines front-office administration, new student enrollment / coordination, and high-level personal assistance to maximize efficiency and allow the doctor to focus on patient care and leadership.

About the Role
You will play a critical dual-role supporting both clinical/academic operations and the doctor’s personal responsibilities. Duties include (but are not limited to):

Office & Academy School Duties
- Assist with medical billing and dental insurance claims
- Onboard new patients with exceptional care
- Conduct post-surgery patient follow-ups
- Onboarding and managing new dental assistant students
Â
Personal Assistant Duties
- Run errands for the office and Dr. Panahi
- Help oversee and manage his rental properties
- Provide proactive support to keep the doctor’s demanding schedule running smoothly. This will include receiving after-hours notifications of action items for you to follow up on

Compensation & Benefits
- $25 per hour (part-time) or $52,000 base salary (full-time)
